Cycle Bloom pairs minerals and B vitamins with two botanicals, aimed at the monthly cycle rather than at menopause.

It contains magnesium as bisglycinate, calcium from red algae, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, riboflavin, thiamine and folate, with ginger root extract and ashwagandha root extract.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and, with magnesium, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Those two are the nutrients with the clearest relevance here.

The magnesium is bisglycinate and the calcium comes from red algae rather than limestone, both being the more expensive options in their category.
