This is the smaller box in the Cysticlean range, and the same strength per unit as the larger one.

Each vegetarian capsule provides concentrated American cranberry extract, from Vaccinium macrocarpon, equivalent to 240mg of proanthocyanidins. PAC content is the specification that matters with cranberry products, and it varies by an order of magnitude between brands, so the weight of cranberry on a label tells you far less than the PAC figure does.

Cysticlean's directions are one capsule a day, taken with water in the evening.

The shell is hydroxymethylcellulose with magnesium stearate, and the formula contains nothing else.

This 30 box is the one to buy if you have not taken it before and want to try it for a month. We also stock a 60 box, which works out better per capsule, and a sachet version combining the same 240mg of PAC with two grams of D-mannose.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking anticoagulant medication, speak to your doctor before taking cranberry supplements.

Take one capsule daily preferably with water in the evening. Best to take it before going to bed so that the cranberry PACs work while you sleep.
