Each vegetarian capsule contains:

Concentrated American cranberry extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon) equivalent to PAC (proanthocyanidins)240 mg, Cranberry extract, magnesium stearate. Capsule shell: hydroxymethylcellulose

Take one capsule daily preferably with water in the evening. Best to take it before going to bed so that the cranberry PACs work while you sleep.
