Doves Farm Gluten Free Organic Buckwheat Penne Pasta is a 400g bag of penne made from organic buckwheat flour, with a nutty, earthy flavour and a firm bite.

Buckwheat is naturally gluten free despite its name. Cook in plenty of boiling water for about 10 minutes, then serve with tomato sauce, pesto or roasted vegetables. Doves Farm have milled flour in Wiltshire since 1978.
