This is the flavoured version of Mag365's magnesium powder, and the serving size differs from the unflavoured one.

A 4g serving supplies 375mg of elemental magnesium from magnesium carbonate, with citric acid, raspberry and citrus fruit extracts and stevia. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, to normal psychological function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Compare the two carefully: the unflavoured powder gives 250mg per 2.7g serving, this gives 375mg per 4g. Per gram they are similar, but a serving of this is larger and delivers more, so a tub does not last as long.

Stevia rather than sugar keeps it suitable if you are avoiding sweeteners with calories, though stevia has a distinctive aftertaste some people dislike.

Take 4g daily, stirred into water. At that rate this tub lasts around five weeks.

As with any magnesium, cut the amount back if it loosens your stools. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
