Use to replace chocolate in cakes, desserts and sauces. The Carob tree is part of the legume family and the beans grow in long pods that look similar to broad beans until they turn dark brown when they are ripe.

To make our Carob powder we simply roast and grind organic Carob beans. Many people add sugar to their Carob powder but we don't. We just supply you with pure, organic, roasted and ground Carob beans.

We deliver to the UK, Europe and most countries worldwide.

  • £10 per kg – calculated at checkout

Rest of the World

  • £15 per kg – calculated at checkout
  • We cannot ship to: Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland
  • Liquids over 100ml cannot be shipped outside the UK

International deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
