Nurideen Plus 60 Tablets

Nurideen Plus is built around collagen and silica, with the vitamins and minerals that carry the relevant authorised claims.

Two tablets supply 1200mg of hydrolysed collagen, 333mg of bamboo extract providing 250mg of silica, 120mg of hyaluronic acid, 100mg of vitamin C, 30mg of vitamin E, 20mg of zinc and 6mg of beta-carotene. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, skin and nails, and vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Bamboo is among the richest plant sources of silica, which is why it appears in this category rather than horsetail or plain silicon dioxide.

HealthAid's directions are two tablets daily with food, for adults and children over sixteen, giving a month from this pack.

Hyaluronic acid at 120mg is a meaningful amount rather than a token one, which is not always the case in formulas that list it.
