Intimate Wash Lavender 250ml

Organyc Intimate Wash with the soothing and calming properties of lavender is made with natural, organic ingredients and dermatologically tested. The certified organic formula helps to maintain healthy pH skin levels and gently cleanses your most intimate parts. Organyc's Intimate Wash is gentle on the most sensitive skin and does not contain parabens, SLS, or SLES, chlorine, synthetic perfumes and contains no artificial preservatives. It is infused with calming lavender essential oil, known for its soothing abilities. The addition of lactic acid helps stabilise pH levels to help prevent and alleviate irritation. Organyc's formulation contains herbal extracts from organic farming and has been certified by AIAB.

UK Delivery

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.

Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.

Europe

Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Rest of the World

Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.

Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.

As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.

All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
