Main composition: Aqueous solution of Larch and grape alcohol.

Dilute 2 drops in a glass of water and sip.
Put 2 drops directly on the tongue and repeat this process four times a day.
In case you need to consume a mixture of two or more Bach flowers, add 2 drops of each flower (maximum 7) in a 30ml bottle of mineral water and take 4 drops 4 times a day.
You can use Bach Flower Remedies externally. Just a few drops on the lips, temples or pulse points are effective and allows for first-aid use.
Bach Flower Remedies are safe for young children.
If you are pregnant please consult your doctor or midwife.
Remember that Bach Flower Remedies are preserved in alcohol. Dilute the remedy or use it externally if this is a problem.
