MAGTrio 120 Capsules

Most magnesium supplements use one form. MagTrio uses three, and the third is the reason people seek it out.

It supplies 250mg of magnesium from magnesium taurate, magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium L-threonate, the last supplied as branded Magtein. L-threonate is considerably more expensive than common forms such as oxide or citrate, and products containing it are priced accordingly.

Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal psychological function.

Mag365's directions are to start with one capsule a day and build gradually to a maximum of four, since individual needs vary. Starting low is sensible with any magnesium supplement.

The capsule shell is pullulan, a fermented tapioca material, rather than gelatin, so it suits vegans. There are no bulking agents in the formula, which is why the ingredient list runs to four lines rather than a dozen.

Mag365 also make a magnesium taurate on its own, and a children's version, if a single-form product would suit you better.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the stated maximum.
