The EPA and DHA are evenly balanced here, which is less common than it sounds.

Each capsule supplies 1000mg of high potency fish oil providing 330mg of EPA, 330mg of DHA and 220mg of other omega-3 fatty acids, from sardine and anchovy. At 660mg of EPA and DHA combined, one capsule comfortably exceeds the 250mg daily intake at which they contribute to the normal function of the heart, and DHA at that level also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision.

Most fish oils are EPA-dominant. An even split suits anyone wanting both, rather than weighting towards one.

Sardine and anchovy are small, short-lived species, which is the usual reason they are chosen as a source.

Take one to two capsules daily with main meals, so the pack lasts between one and two months.

The shell contains gelatin. Contains fish. Speak to your doctor before taking fish oil if you use anticoagulant medication.
