From the Cerignola region of Puglia in southern Italy, this variety is justly called bella for its gorgeous proportion, flavour and firm texture. They are unusually large, mild and buttery rather than sharp, which makes them an easy olive even for people who think they dislike olives. Harvested early by hand to keep them in perfect condition. Certified organic.
