Seggiano Organic Arborio Rice is a short, plump Italian grain bred to release its starch slowly as it is stirred, which is what gives risotto its creamy body without any cream. Cook gently, adding hot stock a ladle at a time and stirring regularly, until the grains are tender with a little bite at the centre. Also good for rice pudding. Certified organic.
