Suggested Daily Intake: Two heaped teaspoons three times a day (or three heaped teaspoons twice a day) with or between meals. It works over a period of time. To achieve maximum benefit be sure to take it regularly. To Serve: Pour two tablespoons of cold water into a mug or cup and add two heaped teaspoons of powder with a dry spoon. Stir well. Continue stirring and gradually add hot or cold water to taste (sugar, milk, coffee, cocoa or other flavour drink may also be added, as preferred). Alternatively, just sprinkle powder onto cereals, soups, casseroles, puddings etc. Always reclose after use. Sanatogen high protein powder may vary in consistency on mixing. This in no way affects the nutritional value of the product, and is characteristic of the ingredients used.

As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.
While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.
Returns
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.
If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.
All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
