Chelated Copper Tablets provide the essential mineral copper in a highly absorbable form, helping to support normal energy metabolism, immune function and the maintenance of healthy hair and skin.

Copper is found throughout the body and contributes to normal iron transport, helping the body make effective use of iron. It also supports the normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems while helping to protect cells from oxidative stress caused by free radicals.

As the body cannot produce copper itself, it must be obtained through the diet. Natural sources include nuts and seeds, seafood, beans and organ meats. Maintaining an adequate copper intake can be particularly important when consuming higher levels of zinc, as the two minerals interact within the body.

Chelated Copper provides copper in a chelated form, designed to offer good absorption and utilisation by the body as a convenient addition to a balanced diet.

Each Solgar Chelated Copper Tablets provide:
2.5mg Copper (as amino acid chelate)
Bulking Agents: (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), Copper (as bisglycinate), Cellulose Gum, Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. 
Sugar, salt and starch free.
Suitable for vegans.
