Each Solgar Chelated Copper Tablets provide:
2.5mg Copper (as amino acid chelate)
Bulking Agents: (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate), Copper (as bisglycinate), Cellulose Gum, Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. 
Sugar, salt and starch free.
Suitable for vegans.

Take 1 Solgar Chelated Copper Tablets daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
