Marina's family-run operation in Andalucía has earned recognition as "The Best Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Sevilla" at Ecotrama, producing small-batch oils of exceptional calibre. Blending Hojiblanca, Arbequina, and Koroneiki olives harvested from 350 certified organic hectares near Pedrera, each bottle is milled within an hour of picking using exclusively mechanical processes.

The result: an impressively robust 661 mg/kg polyphenol profile with merely 0.16% acidity—hallmarks of genuine extra virgin quality. Presented in 500ml glass. November 2024 harvest.
