Crafted by conservation-minded producers, it's a limited-batch expression of carefully selected olive varieties—primarily Frantoio and Leccino, with strategic additions of Coratina and Grignano for complexity. Cold-pressed within hours of harvest, this oil delivers an impressive 655 mg/kg of polyphenols, making it ideal as a finishing oil where its peppery character and antioxidant profile shine brightest.
