Potato starch (carrier), Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (Vegetarian Capsule), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (HA-111): 25%, Lactobacillus acidophilus (HA-122): 20%, Lactobacillus casei (HA-108): 35%, Bifidobacterium bifidum (HA-132): 5%, Lactobacillus plantarum (HA-119): 10%, Bifidobacterium breve (HA-129): 5%, Ascorbic acid (antioxidant), Stearic acid (emulsifier), Silicon dioxide (anti caking agent).

Consume 1-3 capsules per day, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
