Brazil is the largest coffee producing country in the world, and Brazilian coffees are typically the gentlest thing on the shelf – low in acidity, leaning nutty and chocolatey rather than fruity or sharp.

That makes a Brazilian a sensible place to start if you have found other single origins too acidic, and a good one to drink with milk. It comes ground coarse for a cafetiere or filter, so there is no grinder needed.
