Decaf has improved a great deal, and the difference comes down to what the roaster starts with. A good decaf is one where decent coffee has had the caffeine taken out of it, rather than one where decaffeination is being used to rescue beans that were never much good.

This is the bag for the evening, or for anyone who has decided caffeine is not doing them any favours but still wants a proper cup rather than a compromise. Ground coarse for a cafetiere or filter.
