Revelation is blended and roasted specifically for espresso, rather than being a filter coffee pressed into service. That matters more than it sounds: an espresso blend is put together to hold its own under pressure and to stay present through milk, which is why it works in a flat white where a delicate single origin tends to vanish.

Whole bean, so you can dial the grind in to your own machine. Espresso wants a fine and consistent grind, which realistically means a burr grinder. It also works in a moka pot, or ground coarser in a cafetiere if you want something strong.
