A distinctly Sicilian pesto celebrating the wild fennel that grows abundantly across the Monti Iblei region near Ragusa. This aromatic sauce blends locally foraged fennel leaf with creamy Avola almonds and ripe tomatoes, creating a vibrant, flavour-packed condiment. The fennel brings its characteristic licorice notes while the almonds add richness and depth. Perfect for pasta, spreading on bread, or stirring into soups and stews. A taste of southeastern Sicily in every spoonful.

Tomato 45%, dried tomato 25%, extra virgin olive oil, wild fennel leaves 12%, sugar, ALMOND, oregano, chilli, salt, Acidity regulator: citric acid.

Typically, the aromatic flavour of local wild fennel leaf is used in many sauces and cured meats, and when combined with local Avola almonds in a rich tomato base, results in a delicious creamy pesto sauce that is overflowing with lively flavours.
