What is in Rescue?
Five flower essences — impatiens, star of Bethlehem, cherry plum, rock rose and clematis — preserved in brandy or, in the alcohol-free versions, glycerine.
Are there alcohol-free options?
Yes. The pastilles and some sprays use glycerine instead of brandy. It is stated on each product page.
How is it usually taken?
Four drops in water, or two sprays, as often as needed. The pack gives full directions.
Can children or pets have it?
There are versions made for children, and a separate pet range. For the standard products, and if you are pregnant or taking medication, check with your GP or pharmacist first.
