Dr. Bach created a special formula called Rescue Remedy which contains five Bach Original Flower Remedies:
  • Star of Bethlehem - Against shock or trauma Rock
  • Rose - Against terror
  • Clematis - Against feelings of faintness and not being fully present
  • Impatiens - Against agitation
  • Cherry Plum - Against loss of control

Rescue Remedy is always ready to hand when you need it. It will help in an emergency or when there is no time to make a considered selection.

Use it to ease unexpected crises or calm you in difficult everyday situations such as going to the dentist and taking an exam.

Grape Alcohol (approx. 27% v/v), Flower Extracts of: Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem and Cherry Plum.

Apply two sprays of Rescue Remedy onto your tongue and repeat as necessary.
You can use Bach Flower Rescue Remedy externally. Just a spray on the lips, temples or pulse points are effective and allows for first-aid use.
Take Bach Rescue Remedy as often as you need to.
Nelsons' Bach Flower Remedies are safe for young children.
If you are pregnant please consult your doctor or midwife.
Remember that Bach Flower Rescue Remedy is preserved in alcohol. Dilute the remedy or use it externally if this is a problem.

Dispatch times

Returns
