Sometimes it's the little things like sitting in traffic when you know you're late, people interrupt you when you're trying to meet a deadline, or the kids screaming when you all really need to do is get some milk from the supermarket - reach for RESCUE Remedy to help you get on with what you need to do. Contains a combination of five of the Bach Original Flower Remedies made from natural flower essences. RESCUE Remedy is suitable for all the family and is available in a dropper or spray. Grape Alcohol (approx 27% v/v).
Flower extracts of: Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem and Cherry Plum.

Activate the spray pump before use. Bring the spray nozzle up to your mouth and apply two sprays onto your tongue. Repeat as often as required. Do not spray into your throat or eyes.

UK Delivery

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on all UK orders over £40.

Orders under £40 are charged £3.99 for Royal Mail Tracked delivery. There is no weight limit on UK deliveries.

Europe

Delivery is charged at £10 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Rest of the World

Delivery is charged at £15 per kg and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Brazil, Singapore, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain or the Republic of Ireland.

Please note that we cannot send liquids over 100ml outside the UK.

As international deliveries are handled by local postal and courier services, we cannot guarantee delivery times once your order has left the UK.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12:00pm (midday), Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same working day.

While we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, processing times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email within 7 working days of receiving it. We will provide a returns label and, once the item has been received and inspected, we will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement.

If you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, please contact us by email within 7 working days. We will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

We provide free returns only where we have made an error with your order or if your item has arrived damaged.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all returned items must be unopened and in full resaleable condition.

All agreed returns must be received by us within 14 days of the return being authorised for a refund or exchange to be processed.
